• This dog, to the best knowledge of the seller, is in sound health and free from communicable diseases at the date of sale.

• Bralin guarantees your puppy to be an excellent pet.  If you are not 100% satisfied with his/her temperament (as described in the Breed Standard), please return your puppy in healthy condition, within one month for a full refund. If by six (6) months of age you feel the puppy is not working out for you and your family, please return him/her for a 50% refund or we will replace your puppy with another of equal or greater value.  If your dog shows unprovoked aggressiveness towards people, return your puppy and we will replace your puppy with another of equal or greater value.  Please include a notarized statement, witnessed by two (2) people (one a licensed veterinarian), detailing the temperament problem.

• Should this dog die for any reason after 72 hours from purchase, the buyer is responsible for full payment of the dog. Bralin will replace any dog that may die from a proven pre-existing condition prior to 72 hours. If said dog should require veterinary attention within this 72-hour period, seller agrees to pay for all reasonable veterinary expenses upon receipt of a statement from attending veterinarian that the disease or illness was contracted prior to said 72-hr. period. Seller demands to be notified immediately, should any illness or disease be detected so a decision may be made on how to proceed with the veterinary care. If the seller is not notified in advance of treatment, seller will not be obligated to pay veterinary expenses. This seller will not cover payments for veterinary attention for treatment due to negligence, mistreatment or accident to said dog, or for regular veterinary examination or shots The Buyer will pay all shipping costs on the replacement dog.

• The Buyer agrees to have this dog examined by a licensed veterinarian within 7 days of arrival, and if any unsoundness is noted at that time the Buyer should immediately contact the breeders. The breeders agree to refund the full purchase price of the dog if the Buyer return the dog within 8 days of sale, provided it is returned in the same condition as it was on the date of sale. Should the condition of the dog upon return warrant veterinary care, the cost of such care will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. Any cost to return the dog to the breeders will be borne by the Buyer.

• All pet pups are sold on spay/neuter agreement and the not for breeding boxes will be marked on their AKC
  registration papers. Any pups resulting from the breeding of this pet Siberian Husky, will NOT be eligible for AKC registration.

• This dog is guaranteed against Hip Dysplasia. OFA Evaluation (by an X-ray taken by a qualified veterinarian) must be done no sooner than 24 months and no later than 26 months. OFA grading of Excellent, Good, or Fair are considered acceptable. (Must be rated by OFA). Less than Fair will be replaced.

• Should the dog develop epilepsy severe enough to warrant euthanasia before 5 years from Birth Date, a replacement of the dog with one of similar quality shall be made after receipt of veterinary proof of euthanasia.

• As Siberians love to run, please keep your new puppy on a leash or in a fenced area.  Bralin cannot and will not be held responsible or liable for a dog that becomes lost.

• All shipping costs for dogs replaced for any reason will be the responsibility of the Buyer.

• This dog’s registered name shall contain Bralin at the beginning of the name, no other prefix or suffix will be used unless written permission from Bralin is obtained.

• This dog is being sold with the intention of providing companionship to the Buyer for the rest of the dog’s natural life. Seller retains the right of first offer of purchase should the Buyer decide to sell said dog for any reason at a later date. Buyer will notify Bralin in writing. Purchase price shall be no more than the price paid to the seller on the above date. If this pup is sold, this contract becomes null and void. Bralin must be notified as to where the dog goes (this is for record keeping as well as assuring that all pups are in happy healthy homes).

If this dog exhibits any or all of the above defects mentioned, a replacement dog will be given to the purchaser in exchange for said dog’s registration papers and certification that said dog has been neutered or destroyed. If said dog is to be destroyed, guarantee is valid only if the seller gives prior approval. Seller will replace puppy within one year with an equal quality or better puppy of the same color and sex.
